Contest terms and conditions
1) The Elysian boutique villa hotel’s ‘Like’ and ‘Share’ competition is open to all registered Facebook users except employees of The Elysian boutique villa hotel and their immediate families.
2) Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
3) The competition starts on October 1, 2012 and ends on October 31, 2012 at 11:59 pm local time. No late ‘Like’ & ‘Share’ entries will be considered.
4) Entrants are encouraged to ‘like’ The Elysian boutique villa hotel Facebook page, like comments, and share the competition and page with friends.
5) Entrants must be a fan of The Elysian boutique villa hotel Facebook page at the time of the draw to be eligible for the prize.
6) To participate, entrants must ‘Like’ The Elysian boutique villa hotel Facebook page and ‘Share’ The Elysian boutique villa hotel Facebook page on their own respective Facebook wall.
7) At the end of the competition, a random draw to select the winners from The Elysian boutique villa hotel ‘Likes’ list will be held, with the winner being announced the on November 2, 2012.
8) The winner will be notified via Facebook message and on The Elysian boutique villa hotel Facebook wall.
9) The Elysian boutique villa hotel reserves the right to select alternative winner/s in the event that they cannot reach the original winner/s via Facebook within 2 weeks of being selected.
10) By entering the competition, all the contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the organizers. In the case of any dispute, the organizer’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
