KEY TASKS
- Be an ambassador of the hotel, internally & externally
- Adhere to brand standards & SOP’s of Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort
- Participate in marketing strategies and take responsibility for agreed projects
- Set departmental results and activity targets
ESSENTIAL AND OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong interpersonal skills – both oral and written communication
- Self-motivated and resulted oriented
- Innovative, creative and encourage ‘Out of the box’ ideas
2： GUEST RELATION OFFICER (NATIVE)
Professional experiences
- 1 to 2 years
Languages essential
- Japanese (Primary tongue)
- English (Working level)
KEY TASKS
- To assist guests and ensure their stay at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort is comfortable and an experience to remember
- Provides courteous and efficient service and to comply with each guest request.
- Coordinates the daily activities of the Guest Relations section during day to day operations.

- Project a pleasant, positive and a professional image to all contacts at all time
- Strong interpersonal skills – both oral and written communication
